Service Description

Over the last decade, I’ve been helping my clients find their optimal wellness through developing a deeper understanding of their past and how it impacts their present and provide them with a safe space to heal and process experiences and provide the tools to continue to evolve into their best and most authentic selves. I aim to take a holistic wellness approach that prioritizes your well-being and celebrates all aspects of your true self. It’s time to start nurturing your mind and body. Whether you are dealing with a difficult life transition, healing from a specific event, having relationship issues, or seeking to process and heal from events from your past therapy is a great start to the process of processing, healing and learning the tools to evolve into your most authentic self and live your best life on purpose. In person sessions will be available Fall 2022 in the Atlanta, GA area (30339). All sessions are currently offered virtually via a secure and HIPPA compliant telehealth platform (Simple Practice). Couples sessions start at $225 and sessions are 75-90 minutes.

To cancel or reschedule please provide 48 hour notice. If outside of 48 hour window please contact us directly. If cancelled outside of window Late Cancellation fee ($100) and Same Day/ No Show Fee (Full rate of service) applies.
